• Cloud file synchronization via Nextcloud

DeckSpeaksAI retains all rights to our platform, technology, and any improvements or derivatives thereof.

7. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create and distribute using DeckSpeaksAI. We do not review, approve, or endorse user-generated content.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

DeckSpeaksAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
